CHRISTMAS IS HERE MARSDEN PARK - And we look forward to announcing the WINNERS of this years Christmas lights competition; But we need your help !

Give us your opinion on the best decorated houses in Marsden Park below.

Use the map to easily navigate around the estate & locate Elara’s best decorated homes, Voting can be done ALL WEEKEND this year from Friday December 20th to 12:00am Monday December 23rd.

We invite competitors to have their decorations on from Friday to Sunday if they wish and we will accept early votes that come in.

We need residents to vote for the houses they think have the best Xmas decorations and the winner’s will be able to score one of the following prize’s :

  1. PEOPLES CHOICE - This is for the house which received the MOST amount of votes.

  2. CHAMPION CHOICE - This is for the house with the best decoration’s judged by last year’s WINNER.

  3. MOST CREATIVE - This is for the house with the most unique decoration concept.
