One of the things I’d love to do is branch out of my core area and serve MORE clients in nearby estates and suburbs surrounding Marsden Park-
Of all these potential areas of focus by far the most attractive to me is Windsor Downs.

I’ve always loved the estate there I believe its one of the absolute Jewels of NW Sydney and I’d rate it above many other popular rural enclaves such as Kenthurst of Dural any day of the week.

This is a community of no more than approx 450 homes on rolling plains of quiet serene Australian landscape, And now with the rapid development of Marsden Park it enjoys the benefit of new exciting retail infrastructure nearby which breathing fresh life into the region which for the last 20-30 years had remained practically dormant in terms of progress.

I sincerely hope that it remains as it is, In tact for many decades - As I dream of living there myself some day-
Figure I just need to either win the lotto OR sell a hell of lot of house’s first, Maybe I can do a few deals there along the way..
