What is the final deposit required ?
10% traditionally but we can request a 5% deposit for you IF req.
If we proceed what is the process from here ?
We will take 0.25% and then exchange the paperwork your legal counsel will have 5 business days from the date they receive the paperwork to review and request changes before the final deposit is required.
What about the Christmas break ?
These houses will undoubtedly be settled and handed over by end of November.
Can we request any changes to the property ?
