Some houses are nearing “practical completion” interim Occupancy Certificates should be available in the next 2-3 months
Is the 0.25% reservation fee refundable ?
No traditionally in NSW this is held by the vendor if an exchange & cooling off period is triggered but sale does not finalize.
What is the final deposit required ?
10% traditionally but we can request a 5% deposit for you IF req.
If we proceed what is the process from here ?
We will take 0.25% and then exchange the paperwork your legal counsel will have 5 business days from the date they receive the paperwork to review and request changes before the final deposit is required.
Can we request any changes to the property ?
Unfortunately not the builder must abide to the approved plans, And houses are now 100% completed so no changes can be made.
