ELARA EASTER 2021 QR CODE HUNT
🐰🐰 EASTER IS HERE ELARA 🐰🐰
Last year our annual Easter event which had run for 2 years with our partners Stockland and included the Elara estate-wide Easter egg hunt was sadly cancelled at the last minute due to the pandemic and sadly we were not able to do anything as we braced for a lock down instead.
In 2021 thankfully we are back in action, And have devised a covid-safe experience for the kids of the community.
WHAT WE HAVE PLANNED FOR THIS YEAR IS QR CODE HUNT ACROSS THE ESTATES MANY FANTASTIC PARKS AND PLAY AREAS.
THE EVENT WILL BEGIN GOOD FRIDAY 2ND APRIL AND WILL RUN ALL WEEKEND.
HERES HOW IT WORKS.
Over the next weekend copies of an Easter Activity sheet will be dropped to homes in the main areas of the estate OR they can be picked up from the Stockland or Urban Land Housing offices.
From THIS Saturday children of the estate will be able to find QR Codes located around the following points of interest in the estate.
Livvi’s Place Playground Elara– 3 tags
Barralier Drive Park – 2 tags
Limestone Café & park area – 3 tags
When children find a tag they are to scan the tag which will take them to a website giving them 1 letter that will spell out a secret Easter message.
Once they have filled out all the missing letters on the activity sheet to complete the secret message they can head over to the Urban Land Housing office opposite the water park on Elara Blvd and trade the secret message for an Easter treat bag.
On the activity sheet there will also be a coloring in competition children can choose to submit an entry for if they wish, 3 x $50 JBHIFI gift card will be up for grabs all they need to do is color in the activity sheet and return to Urban Land Housing winners will be announced on Easter Monday ! Activity sheets will be delivered to main completed areas of the estate over the weekend and available for pickup at any Urban Land Housing office or the Stockland info centre from Friday 26th Onwards.
